Our specialty is the rare Ivory King Salmon. Ivory Kings usually comprise about 1% of the salmon catch in the area, and can be found on the menus of some of the finest seafood restaurants in North America.
At certain times of the year, our catch is shipped fresh. Check our for applicable dates.
